My fuel and temp gages have gone out on my prized '59 and I'm having a real problem. I've replaced the sender at the tank and the constant voltage regulator (4 times) and the voltage regulator. I've gone through more gages than I care to think about. I have bought a solid state CVR which I'm told is the best out I get 12 VDC before the CVR but I get 9VDC after the CVR. I think it should be 3-6 VDC. When I test the wiring by removing the connector at the tank I see a clear open circuit. Anyone have and ideas? Also I now need another good gage if anyone has one for sale.
