Touchy Brakes on my 62

I have replaced my shoes, wheel cylinders, and lines everything was fine. I then replaced the booster and master cylinder. I have adjusted the rod between the booster & master.

I have adjusted the rod between the booster & master. I have some pedal travel then - WHAM, the brakes grab. It seems all 4 are grabbing at the same time.

Any ideas on making brakes on a 62 less touchy ???
