I have replaced all of the brake parts on my 1960 Thuderbird exept the brake booster. When the car starts it sounds great. When I press the brakes the engine power goes way down. I was wondering if it is a vacuum problem? Any thoughts or suggestions would be great!

thanks

It sounds like a vacuum problem. Try plugging the vacuum line to the booster at the engine and see what happens. If the problem goes away it is either the hose, brake booster or the aux. vacuum tank under the left front fender.
