64 tbird cant get heat,blows just cold air.changed water valve,thermostat.this is an air car.is there a thermo switch under dash?

Sometimes heater cores clog. You have to disconnect your hoses at the fire wall and put a garden hose on the nipples and flush it out. I assume you have good engine temp.

AT THE CONTROLS NOTHING WORKS AIR CONDITIONER DOES NOT ENGAGE,CANNOT REGULATEAIR TO DEROST OR FLOOR,AIR BLOWS OUT OF BOTH,AND CANNOT REGULATE HEAT

Could be that your vacuum line is unplugged, or broken. It controls the whole shootin match.
