I have a 64 tbird convertible. Just installed a new alternator and
noticed I do not have a ground strap from the engine to body. There is
a ground strap from the alternator wiring harness that attaches to the
body on the right side by the fender well. My question is there also
supposed to be a seperate ground strap from the engine to the body. If
so where should it be located and what size wire or copper strap is
required. Thanks in advance for your response.
