Convertibles are very desirable and this example seems to be largely intact- a big advantage. That said, it is in only fair conditon at best. For example, the engine is questionable. It has been over sprayed with black for some reason. Why? Have there been some repairs made?
This car is certainly a worthy candidate for restoration but it will require a significant investment in time and money. Its value is very difficult/impossible to assess without knowing where it is. Even if it were priced very low, the cost of restoration will probably be several times more overseas than if it were located in the US. JMO, Good Luck.
