I am at the final phase of my restoration. It's been 4 long years and I'm still not sure I'm going to live long enough to get this beauty back on the road. The first thing I did was have the Brakes completly rebuilt. I've completly replumbed it, a new power booster (2 actually) all new drums & shoes. I'm still only barely able to get it stopped. WHAT AM I MISSING!

Thanks for any help from anyone

Do you have good vacuum at the booster with a large enough hose going to it. Should check with a vacuum gauge. Is the check valve on thhe booster working. Do the 60's have a adjustable rod from the booster to the master cylinder? That should need adj. if you change either one.
