I have a stuck exhaust valve on the #7 cylinder in a 352. The exhaust valves and seats were replaced on both heads about 500 miles ago. Is it possible to free up the valve with the head on the engine or will the head need to be removed? Thanks for any information.

The problem turned out to be a valve seat had dropped out of the head and was riding on the face of the valve. Took the heads to a different machine shop this time.
