What is being used to replace the tarred paper vapor barriers inside the doors? Do I need to worry about the pockets for the speakers?
I've got a 66 2 door Landau.
Thanks

I would use either polyethylene or Tyvek type sheeting if authenticity isn't a problem. Re. the speakers, moisture won't do them any good so keeping them dry seems like a plan.

I used extra painters plastic. Taped it on with duck tape. Once the door liner is on, no one will know.

Thanks, I'm not worried about authenticity. I thought it would be something easy and sensible.
