The right rear parking brake seems to be stuck on. The car has been parked in a garage since 1986 with the parking brake on. I went to load it on the trailer and it will not roll (does not run). The left rear brake must be loose, if you pull on the cable you can hear it in there moving, but nothing moves on the right side. The hub will not come off (no matter how much I beat on it). Any ideas?

Can get access to the star wheel adjuster through the back plate and adjust to a very loose position? Then try pounding on the wheel. You might also be able to use one of those plastic extension tubes on a can of spray lubricant. You're spraying blind but might get parts to loosen a little. Careful with a car that old of asbestos dust.
