When I apply the brakes on my 1962 thunderbird the car idles rough, when I let off it idles fine. All the vacuum hoses look good and I can't find the source of the leak. Any thoguhts on what I should try next?

Bob, I had the same problem with my 64, turned out to be the diaphram in the brake booster. it was ripped. installed new booster and problem went away. Tim
