Are you talking about the valve for the heater control? IF so I have some information.

originally the water control valve was installed on the heater core inside the heater box. there is no original type replacement for this water valve
the replacement is a type that you will install under the hood and insert it into the heater hose that previously connected to the pipe for the original water valve. you need to cut the hose and install the valve in that hose. You can run the cable anywhere through the firewall and up to the console control unit and hook it to where the original cable that was connected to the original water valve is connected on the control unit.
