My 59 Bird has a oscilating vibration starting at 45 mph that increases in frequency as speed increases. The cer is a total rebuild with fresh engine, tranny and rear. New motor and trans mounts,new shocks and totally rebuilt front end. New radial tires that have been checked for balance 3 times. The driveshaft has been rechecked. HELP!!!
