Hi,
From Sweden by the way, my -66 Landau Bird seems to bee riding high, doesn't look 100% nice.
I have over 70 cm:s from floor to upper front fender (wheel house opening, similar in the rear.) To me it looks like the front coils should be lowered or cut off.
In the rear I have 6 leafs, 1 extra right!
Why is that one extra placed there ?
Worn out leafs ? Poor choise of action?
The bird is by the way from Florida and Buenos Aires, back to Florida again and now in the "cold country". She is really nice and getting nicer by the day, riding height though.
Does anyone know the correct height ? What do You guy's have, let's say from front "sill moulding" to rear ??

Not sure if you are confused yet. This website is an out growth of a chat section hosted by the Thunderbird Ranch. The activity got too much for one person to manage.

The Thunderbird Ranch website has concours information collected by John Draxler the administrator of both sites.

You can also order original specifications from the Vintage Thunderbird Club International (VTCI) web site, look in their Country Store section. These books have this information and lots of other details.

Regards,

Vince
