Have any of you guys that own a '70-71 T-bird, put headers on it? If so, what kind and for what application? I've been told that headers for a '72 Torino/Ranchero will work. But wanted some more opinions. For $500.00+ i want to be sure. Big Grin

FPA (http://www.fordpowertrain.com/FPAindex/headers1.htm) seems a lot of folks favorite. They don't list headers for the '70 T-Bird but do for Mustang and Cougar and I can't imagine that is also not a tight fitting. However, you'd think they would have a listing. Why not contact them and see what they say? There may be some other restriction on the 'Bird beside the engine compartment.

Thanks For the link Vince. I'll drop them a line and see what they say. It's just about like everything on this car. It's either unavailable, has to be custom made, or come off of some other year Ford/Lincoln. I'll never learn Frown

Good luck. Everyone I've talked to says no one makes headers for a glamorbird.
