Try "www.customautosound.com" They have radios that will fit into the original dash opening without any modifications, or you can mount a modern unit in the glove compartment where it will be out of sight. You can even get one with a remote control so you don't have to keep opening and closing the glove box to tune the radio etc. Try "www.crutchfield.com" for the latest in radios. Don't forget to upgrade the speakers while you're at it.

From personal experience, I would not recommend "Custom Auto Sound" radios. I was extremely disappointed in the one I bought for my '65. I had the original AM radio redone by S/M Electro Tech in Blaine, MN and threw away the Custom radio. I wouldn't even give it away. Cost about $100 more than the custom one. Electro Tech added jacks in the back of the original radio to add cd player or cassette if I want to. It now has AM/FM stereo and noone can see any difference. Sounds great too!
