My 1981 T-Bird headlight covers will not stay down. Any suggestions on how to correct this problem.

The problem is most likly a vacume leak. you need to get a electrical & vacume trouble shooting manual.
There are 3 lines comming from the switch under the dask. 2 go to each activator. pluse 1 ling going to a large storage tank on the drivers side fender well.
