I just bought a '64 Thunderbird convertible and I really need some good information on how to fix it up. The first big project for me to do is to get the convertible top to work automatically, It's too hard to put down manually with only 1 person. I bought: Thunderbird Restoration Guide 1958-1966 by William Wonder. Does anyone have any good suggestions on any other books I should get? Some pics of what I have to work with are here: ftp://anonymous.kbahr@isua.iastate.edu/thunderchicken.zip Thanks in advance, Ken Bahr | ||

Hi I agree that the shop manual will be the most valuable followed by the two assembly manuals.
