I recently purchased a 1967 tudor with color code TM. (red with white top) My question is how common were two tone pain jobs on 67's

I found the same info too, but could not find any further number breakdowns of 2 door hardtop (non-landau) with the two tone paint option.

On the brighter side, I was able to get the headligh covers and the sequential tail lights working!
After reparing the vac. lines for the headlamp covers, I accidently hooked the hoses up backwards.
I got a good laugh watching the covers close when lights were turned on and opening when switched off.

I have one, too--Red/White 67 Tudor. Am looking to sell it. Good condition, with exception of speedometer mileage. No idea how many miles. Looking for general idea on how to price for sale. May I ask what you paid for yours and what condition?

I'll start with the condition. Overall, I would rank it as fair but original.
The interior is almost mint, the only problem being a tear on the passenger arm rest. The seats, headliner and dash are near perfect, no rips or tears.
The sequential tail light did not work, nor did the headlamp covers or the automatic door locks (now working!)
The power windows need attention as only the drivers window is operational. Under the hood, the vaccume booster and master cylinder needs replacement as do the exhaust pipes.
The enging runs perfectly with 65,000 doccumented miles. (A/C compressor missing)
The biggest problem is probally the rear of the body. Both rear quaters will need repair as they are rusted through. Other than that, the rest of the body is solid with the typical dings and a few spots of surface rust. The undercoating applied in Jan.68 for $50 kept the undercarrage solid as well. An annoying but easily fixed problem is the leaky drain tubes in the trunk. (What were the designers thinking?)

With a little body work, some minor repairs and a fresh coat of paint it will be a head turner.

I originally agreed to purchase it for $1,800 (asked $2,200) but was able to work a trade and pick it up for $500.

If I can find the time, I will post pictures soon.

Thanks for the info. This one is in good running cond.,only touch of rust on hood and on trunk (each spot about 3" long/1" wide (FLA sun). No working speedometeras far as mileage. We originally paid $4000., but have had some engine work, and stuff like A/C, tail lights, dash lights, couldn't get windows down--things like that. Going to have it fully detailed before I put it up for sale.
