My Grandmother passed away a couple of days ago and i found out that she had a 1970 Thunderbird that she loved... She bought the car new in '70 and sold in in about '91. I have lots of paperwork for the car and i wanted to know if anyone on this forum had her car....

Try thunderbird registry. They have a search function where you can put in the vin and see if anyone has registered it. I am the one who answered you on car domain. good luck, Dan

Call your local DMV, since you have the vin, they should be able to tell you if the vehicle is still on the road and may even tell you the owner.

If all else fails GO to the DMV and 'grease' the wheels ($$). A friend did this once and got a lot of info.
