I am looking at a 1968 Thunderbird but it has a few problems.

The major one is the left rear quarter is rusted bad. I was wondering if this is a hard to find item? I have checked around and no one has one, at least not for a two door.

It has 87,000 miles and the interior needs a good coat of armor-all and it is as good as new. The headliner is perfect and the vinyl roof is perfect. The body has a few dings and dents but overall in great shape.

It runs good, not sure how well it will roll, it's in the salvage yard with junk all around and has a smashed windshield which the guy is willing to throw in a new one all for $900.

Sound like a good deal?

If you can't get there in a Thunderbird, the trip isn't worth taking!
