hi guys i have a 69 2 door and someone recently stole the side bade from the drivers side . the problem that i have got is that i havent been able to even find a picture of a tbird with this particular badge on it let alone a replacement for sale.
its located on the same place that the 'S' shaped embelem on the rear, just after the rear side windows. its not the 'S' shaped one though as the car is not the landau model, instead its a horizontal rectangular badge of the tbird logo witha kind of light green background on it . its around the length i think from like the ESCAPE button on you computer keyboard (top left) the the F12 button ( around that long i think) not too sure, but anyway - where can i get one ? ? ?
also is this the correct badge as im not sure due to not ever seeing it on another 'bird' ? ? ?
any help guys???

There are a couple of pictures of this era car on the Thunderbird Ranch website. The non-Landau's seem to have a much larger 'bird than you describe. Not an expert but my guess is a previous owner found something that appealed to them. It doesn't "feel" right that Ford would put such a small emblem on such a large space.

maybe im mistaken it could be a bit larger as the car is currentle stored away and i have never actually measured it,
where can i get these as i need to get a new one due to vandalism

Go to t bird sanctuary.com and request their catalog for 67-71 birds. It is a very good parts book because it also is the equivalant of a parts book, breaking down the car section by section showing what piece goes where per car. Does sound as though someone found an emblem they liked though
