I just bought a 70 Bird and am wondering if any of you know of parts suppliers? We have a flock of 65's and parts suppliers are abundant but have yet to find any for the 70

Try out host here, John Draxler at the Thunderbird Ranch. Does seem like suppliers like to stop at '66. He has cars from the '60's through the 90's.

The T-Bird Sanctuary is a good source. Also try Classic Cars Unlimitedthey are very expensive but quality is outstanding.

Also try E-Bay it's a hit or miss on what you are looking for but you can find some great deals.

Also join every blog on old T-Birds you can find and pick everyone's brain.

Here are a few:

Automotive Forums

Chicagoland Thunderbirds

My Classic Car

Fordforums

Thunderbird Registry

These are just a few but may be able to help.

Also register your bird. It's free but has some cool bragging right to say your bird is "Registered".

Hope this helps,
Mark

If you can't get there in a Thunderbird, the trip isn't worth taking!
