My car is legal to drive again after sitting for seven years!!! Yesterday I drove it to a Exhause shop to have a new system installed, From headers all the way back. Custome H pipe with converters, then dual 2 1/2 " out the back.

Still have a lot of work to do on her, but now I can drive it. Cool

Nice to know you've got your wings back. I have an 80 Bird as well and I completely restored it, except for a few tiny adjustments. Now I want to make it fast, the engine is still strong, I've been told to put a Mustang rear end in her, do you have any other suggestions.

UP grading Read end on80 TBird.
Yes the Mustang rear end will bolt right up to your TBird. you wnat to get at least a 8.8 rear end unit, then put in some 373 gears. What plans do you have for the motor??

To take a look at mine got to www.realfords.com and scrole down to the TBirds section.
