well i thought its about time i put a few pics of my 2nd tbird on here. for those of you who remember about 4 years ago i put some pics of my 69 tbird - metallic mint green with white vinyl roof - unfortunately after 4 years of work and 6k spent to get her running a young girl in her 1.2 citroen saxo thought it would be a nice idea to drive down the side of me and write the car off. :-( i was bitten by the bug and had to get myself a 2nd yank tank and it had to be a 67-69 tbird, only problem is theres not many over here in the uk - i think there's about 4 in the whole country but i managed to find a 68 that a chap was selling and i managed to get her. so here she is :-)
so far - adjustable rear shock absorbers
pacer 15" wheels
side exit exhausts
stereo - touchscreen,tv,usb,bluetooth,
dvd,cd,radio
2x Fusion 12" subs and 6x9s
Holley 750 cfm double pumper carb with twin secondaries and electric choke
High pressure electric fuel pump
racing plug leads
patronix ignitor2 electric ignition
push button start

since taking the pics i have painted all the front grill and engine bay dark blue and will be doing the block soon .

hope everyone likes her :-) i think at the moment im getting around 10mpg but she goes like a rocket, can keep up with pretty much anyone around here but handles like a boat lol :-)

cheers guys, yeah i have a lot of fun with her on our narrow twisting country roads and petrol is £1 a litre here so going anywhere is expensive but worth it :-) and yeah we call these yank tanks lol - hey its true isnt it lol
i was rather pleased at the week end - got onto the m4 motorway to go to a club meet and i managed to get the speedometer to go round to around where it would say 140 -150mph . the needle stopped going around but the car kept going - i think i got about 160 out of her before i got scared and let off lol NICE!
